Pescatarianism is a concept that’s been around since the early 1800s, and it’s based on the idea that eating seafood and the occasional meat (in moderation) is healthy for you. This doesn’t mean that vegetarians can’t also practice pescatarianism, but the latter requires eating fish as opposed to other meats.

Most people know a vegetarian or two in their life, but what about a pescatarian? For most people, pesca-tarianism is an idea to help them live a more healthy lifestyle, but with plenty of fish. However, what if you are a pescatarian, and you don’t want to eat fish every day? While it is possible to get your fish in other ways, such as canned fish and fish oil capsules, there are still ways to incorporate fish into your diet. Today I’m going to talk about the different types of fish, and what you can eat on a pescatarian diet.
