This doesn’t mean that vegetarians can’t also practice pescatarianism, but the latter requires eating fish as opposed to other meats.

While it is possible to get your fish in other ways, such as canned fish and fish oil capsules, there are still ways to incorporate fish into your diet. Today I’m going to talk about the different types of fish, and what you can eat on a pescatarian diet.
