There are many things you can make from pickle juice, but these Low-Carb Pickle Freeze Pops are one of our favorites. We’ve heard of many people making pickles and then drying them into pickles chips, but we’ve never heard of any that are made from pickle juice. The process is simple. You just add pickle juice to a mason jar, seal it, and freeze. It takes about 5-6 hours for the pickle juice to freeze, which is the hardest part of the process. After frozen solid, you can easily make the pickles as you would normally, but instead of using regular pickle chips, you can use our low-carb pickle chips!

Having a low-carb diet is a great way to lose weight and keep it off. But what can you eat for snacks on the go? Is it healthy to freeze things? And if something calls for pickle juice, is it Ketchup?

Do you like pickles?

Cucumber flavored food is MORE dill flavored these days! We saw everything from salty cucumber-flavored lip balm to cucumber popcorn from Trader Joe’s (unfortunately, this popcorn contains a lot of carbs). But now Van Holten’s Pickle Freeze Pops are on the shelves – and they’re perfect for low-carb and keto diets!

These cucumbers are made from 100% cucumber juice. By the way: Cucumber juice is packed with essential minerals and electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium that your body needs to perform at peak performance. It is ideal for use after a workout or simply as a moisturizer on hot summer days!

Plus, this freeze-dried pasta only contains one gram of carbs, so it won’t make you (or your keto diet) slip up.

Don’t have a Walmart near you or just want to buy from home? You can also buy this 48-pack of Van Holten’s Pickle Ice sticks on Amazon for only $18.99, or 39 cents each!
