Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly butter three 4-inch ramekins or one casserole dish (11 inch).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the first seven ingredients.
- Pulse your chia seeds in a coffee grinder and add them to the cream mixture if preferred. Allow to settle for 10 minutes after whisking in the ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yolks one last time.
